Finding the Log In
The Log In can be found at the top right-hand side of the page. There are three Log In options: RSNA member/non-member, member of a related society (e.g. AAPM), or creating a new account.
Log In Issues
If your user credentials do not allow access to the online educational platform, please contact RSNA Customer Service.
Identifying if you are a Physician or Non-Physician
When you Log In for the first time, you may be prompted to identify yourself as a Physician or Non-Physician. This is directly tied to the type of certificate that you will be issued at the conclusion of an activity. If you receive the incorrect certificate (see Certificates/CME Repository/CME Questions section of this Help page) or need assistance with this portion of the website please contact RSNA Customer Service.
Updating information in My Account
My Info under the My Account section is a static page. If you notice items that need to be adjusted or updated please contact RSNA Customer Service.

Viewing and printing certificates for activities in the current online education platform
A user must earn an 80% or higher pass rate for the CME activity post-test and complete an activity evaluation in order for a certificate to be awarded in the online education platform. To view or print a certificate, click on the “My Learning” tab at the top of the webpage to access your learning record. Individual activity certificates are located on the “Completed” tab. A user can also view and print individual certificates by clicking the PDF icon located next to the activity you have completed. You will be asked to download the document. After downloading the document you can then print it for your records.
Viewing and printing certificates for activities completed online before August 2017
RSNA members who completed online activities prior to August 2017 can view a full RSNA transcript in the CME Repository. Most institutions and organizations will accept a transcript in place of individual activity certificates. A link to the CME Repository can be found in the black bar at the upper right hand side of your screen. The CME Repository tracks and stores all of your RSNA CME activities from 2001 through the present. If you are a Non-member or are experiencing issues accessing your certificate, please contact RSNA Customer Service (email@example.com). Please include the following information: Full Name, RSNA Customer ID (if known), Activity Name, Date of Completion, Email Address.
Viewing post-test scores
A user’s Post-Test Scores can be found in the Completed Tab within “My Learning”, however any activities completed prior to August 2017 will not show a score.

All users of the new online educational platform can print a transcript of completed activities by going to the Completed Tab within “My Learning”. Click on the dropdown menu containing the year and select “All”. There is a PDF icon on the very top of the table titled “Download all completed activities”. Click on the PDF icon. Auto-saving activity progress
If your active session times out for a particular activity, you may be prompted to Log In again, but your progress will be saved within the activity itself. Post-tests do not need to be completed in one sitting. Click the “Resume” button on the assessment page to continue.
CME credits transferring to the CME Repository
For RSNA members, all CME earned through the online education platform will automatically transfer to the CME Repository. If you do not see your CME credits transferred after one hour, please contact the Online Education department.
