Learning Objectives:
- Describe MDAs and their implications for fertility and pregnancy.
- Discuss the differentiation of a septate uterus from a bicornuate uterus according to the updated major classification systems.
- Identify anomalies such as obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly and müllerian duct aplasia–renal agenesis–cervicothoracic somite association.
