Learning Objectives:
- Describe nodular evolution during hepatocarcinogenesis within a cirrhotic liver from benign through premalignant to malignant nodules.
- Recognize changes in nodule vascularity with progressive decreased paired portal venous and normal hepatic arterial flow as neoangiogenesis stimulates new unpaired arterial flow to malignant lesions.
- Classify nodules on the basis of the probability of HCC with CEUS LI-RADS to improve communication and standardize treatment.

The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
This journal-based CME activity can be applied towards the ABR MOC self-assessment requirement (SA-CME).

The RCPSC recording system (MAINPORT) will automatically convert the credit hours for this program to three credits per claimed hour (1 hour x 3 = 3 credit hours).
