Description

Refresher Courses are sessions captured at past RSNA Annual Meetings focusing on themes of health care reform, payment models, research and innovation, patient-centered radiology, and advances in the different imaging modalities. Refresher Courses are targeted to diagnostic, interventional and oncologic radiologists and are designed to improve knowledge and competence in responding to the challenges and advancements in the field of radiology.

Learning Objectives:

Identify the latest updates on prostate imaging with special emphasis on MRI and PET imaging.
Review the quality control efforts for prostate MR and explain the current and future applications of artificial intelligence on prostate imaging.
Recognize the potential roles and added value of PSMA PET and PET MR in the management of patients with prostate cancer.
Identify the basics of healthcare disparities in prostate imaging and review ways for mitigating them.
