Course Learning Objectives:

• Identify imaging features for the diagnosis hepatobiliary carcinoma.
• Illustrate the imaging features related with the prognosis of hepatobiliary carcinoma.
• Define the independent imaging parameters to predict the outcome after the treatment.
• Identify the imaging features of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and combined hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocellular carcinoma (CCC) in CT and MR imaging.
• Recognize and differentiate ICC or mixed HCC/CCC from the other hepatic lesions in CT and MR imaging.
• Discuss the pathologic spectrum of intrductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct(IPNB).
• Distinguish image appearances of IPNB based on the pathologic types.
• Recognize and differentiate IPNB from the more common cholangiocarcinomas and to emphasize the role of radiology in therapeutic decision making.
