Course Learning Objectives:

• Discuss the anatomy of the shoulder girdle, including the bone structures and the static and dynamic soft-tissue stabilizers of the shoulder.
• Describe the expected postoperative radiologic appearance of second-line bone and soft-tissue shoulder surgical procedures used to manage shoulder instability and the common complications of each procedure.
• Identify the expected postoperative radiologic appearance of surgical procedures used to manage intra-articular biceps abnormalities, mobile os acromiale, and acromioclavicular joint separation and the common complications of each procedure.
