Description

The goal of the RadioGraphics articles designated as self-assessment CME features and their accompanying tests is to increase understanding of the radiologic characteristics and possible therapeutic options for a variety of pathologic conditions and basic physics principles.

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

Delineate the strengths and limitations of multidetector CT, MR imaging, and FDG PET/CT in the evaluation of chest wall malignancies.
Identify the key imaging features that can be used to distinguish malignant from benign neoplasms and suggest specific tumor types.
Discuss the basic treatment strategies used in the clinical management of chest wall malignancies.
