Through an interactive exploration of the Life-Wheel tool, participants will gain insight into the key areas that matter most to them. They will reflect on how their current work-life balance aligns with their personal values and learn actionable strategies to make meaningful adjustments. The course includes a guided reflection session and evidence-based techniques to support sustainable balance and well-being.
