This course is not available for CME credit. This course explores the application of principles and responsibilities as they relate to the Charter on Medical Professionalism. A review of established and currently accepted fundamental principles of medical professionalism is provided, including an outline of the 10 commitments that must be observed in practice. Information regarding the adoption of the Charter on Medical Professionalism by various professional organizations is presented, focusing on entities such as the American Board of Radiology (ABR). Real-life interactive ethical scenarios are provided, including detailed feedback on the most appropriate ethical course of action, with explanations for each scenario outcome.
